Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Noroveo, operated by Krim Concepts LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Noroveo, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
1. The service
Noroveo helps freelancers and businesses organize projects, store agreement documents, manage milestones and revision pricing, request deposits, share work for review, and collect payments before releasing files. Features may change as the service develops. Noroveo provides workflow tools; we are not a party to the agreement between a freelancer and a client and do not provide legal advice or electronic signing in the current MVP.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. Provide accurate account and billing information, protect your credentials, and notify us if your account is compromised. Workspace operators are responsible for authorized team access and activity within their workspace. You may not use another person's account without permission.
3. Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights in the content you upload. You grant Krim Concepts LLC the limited permission needed to host, store, process, display, transmit, and deliver that content to provide the service as you direct. Upload only content and personal information you have the right to use and share. You are responsible for your client agreements, project descriptions, pricing, approvals, and permissions.
Do not use Noroveo for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, malware, harassment, unauthorized access, or interference with the service. Do not upload prohibited content or attempt to bypass file access, payment, or security controls. These terms do not transfer ownership of freelancer work to a client; their separate agreement determines those rights.
4. Project prices, deposits, and revisions
Freelancers set project prices, optional deposit percentages, included revision rounds, and additional revision rates. A deposit selected during project creation generates a client payment request and is credited toward the project payment schedule. Suggested review prices may include additional revision charges, and freelancers can adjust the amount before sending. Freelancers must confirm the requested price and obtain any approvals required by their agreement. Clients should review the displayed amount before approving work or paying. Review comments and approvals are recorded, but do not replace the parties' separate agreement. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes relating to freelancer services should first be addressed with the freelancer; applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Stripe processes online payments and connected freelancer accounts under its applicable terms. Online project payments currently support USD. Subscription prices, billing periods, and applicable fees are shown when you select a plan or complete checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled. Use account billing controls to manage or cancel your subscription, or contact support if you cannot access them. Cancellation takes effect as described in the billing flow. Any refund rights required by law remain available. Freelancers are responsible for their own taxes, invoices, refunds, and payment disputes, subject to applicable law and processor requirements.
6. Reviews, release, and file retention
Review previews can be viewed before payment. Original and included source files stay locked until confirmed payment or manual release by the freelancer. Paying a deposit alone does not unlock a separate final delivery. Preview protection and watermarks do not prevent screenshots or other copying.
Review links generally have a 30-day review window. Payment or manual release starts the selected download window, currently 7, 14, 21, or 30 days. Delivery files may be deleted after the applicable window expires. Revoking a link or deleting a project can also end access. The service is not permanent archival storage. Freelancers and clients must keep independent backups and download released files before the displayed deadline. Agreement documents are stored as private project uploads and do not receive a delivery expiration window. They remain subject to project deletion, account deletion, and applicable storage limits.
7. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information. Authentication, hosting, email delivery, and payments rely on third-party providers. Their services may have separate terms and may experience interruptions. Private review and payment links should be shared only with intended recipients.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, unlawful activity, unpaid fees, or material breaches of these terms. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Closing your account does not automatically resolve outstanding freelancer-client obligations. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy or required by law.
9. Availability and responsibility
We work to provide a useful service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, payment collection, or a particular project outcome. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not responsible for disputes between freelancers and clients or losses caused by content or instructions they provide. To the extent permitted by law, Krim Concepts LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the date on this page. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law. Changes do not override rights that applicable law protects. If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the service and contact us about closing your account.
