Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026 · Last updated October 7, 2026
Krim Concepts LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Noroveo. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, create a workspace, or review and pay for a freelancer's work through Noroveo.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide and information needed to operate the service:
- Account information, including your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and account preferences. If you sign in with Google, we receive the account information made available for sign-in, such as your name, email address, and profile image.
- Business and workspace information, including business names, branding, billing addresses, settings, and team membership.
- Client and project information entered by workspace users, including contact details, project descriptions, prices, deposits, revision limits, milestones, agreement documents, uploaded files, and delivery details.
- Review activity, including comments, requests for changes, approvals, and their timestamps.
- Payment and subscription records, including amounts, payment status, transaction identifiers, and connected payment account identifiers. Card details are handled by our payment processor; Noroveo does not store full card numbers.
- Messages you send to us and technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, authentication events, and service logs used to operate and protect the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, organize client work, store documents, provide reviews and approvals, send payment and delivery emails, process subscriptions and client payments, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain the service, and meet legal obligations. When applicable law requires a legal basis, these activities may rely on performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent where required.
4. Information supplied by freelancers
Freelancers and workspace operators decide which client information and documents to add to Noroveo and how to use them for their projects. They are responsible for having permission or another lawful basis to provide that information. For questions about a freelancer's handling of your information, contact that freelancer. You may also contact us about information processed through Noroveo.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Noroveo and its authentication providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies as needed for sign-in, account security, preferences, and service operation. Blocking these technologies may prevent some features from working. Our current MVP does not include advertising trackers or optional website analytics.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain account and workspace information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational, security, accounting, or legal purposes. You can remove supported records and files within the app or request assistance. Account deletion may require closing active delivery links or resolving workspace ownership first.
Client review links generally have a 30-day review window. After payment or manual release, delivery files use the download window selected by the freelancer, currently 7, 14, 21, or 30 days. Expired delivery files are scheduled for deletion; processing may not be immediate. Private project uploads that are included in a delivery follow that delivery's window. Private agreement documents are retained until removed through file, project, or account deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements. Keep your own copies of important files.
Some payment, security, or legal records may need to be retained after a deletion request. Service-provider systems and backups may also have their own retention and deletion schedules.
7. Security and international processing
We use access controls and other measures intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Keep your login credentials secure and treat private client links as confidential. Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Applicable protections and rights depend on the circumstances and relevant law.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
You can update supported account information and preferences in the app. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Send requests to support@krimconcepts.com. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the relevant workspace operator. You may also have a right to complain to a data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully performed.
9. Children
Noroveo is intended for adults conducting business and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice when required by law. For privacy questions or requests, contact Krim Concepts LLC at support@krimconcepts.com.
