A few things to know.
How long will clients have to download their files?
The planned delivery workflow lets the freelancer choose 7, 14, 21, or 30 days, with a default of 30. The clock starts once payment is confirmed and final files are available. Clients will see the window before paying, receive expiration reminders, and have access until the stated deadline. Delivery files are then scheduled for deletion; project and payment history remain. Automatic deletion is not active yet.
Can I subscribe to a paid plan today?
Not yet. You can create an account and use the current workspace features. These cards preview the proposed launch plans; signup does not purchase or activate either plan.
Will there be a free trial?
We plan to offer a trial lasting 14 days when paid plans launch. Trial storage allowances and full terms will be confirmed before it becomes available.
Do my clients need a paid account?
No paid client seats are planned. The client portal is being designed around secure shared links, so clients can review work without creating a Noroveo account.
Are payment processing fees included?
No. Solo is $19 billed monthly or $190 billed annually, plus a 1.5% Noroveo fee on each client payment processed through Noroveo. Pro is $49 billed monthly or $490 billed annually, with a 0% Noroveo transaction fee. Payment processing fees are additional on both plans and will be disclosed before payments are enabled. The 1.5% is calculated on the client payment amount before processing fees, not on your total project budget or work paid outside Noroveo.
What counts toward storage?
Solo includes 100 GB, Pro includes 500 GB, and Enterprise includes 2 TB shared by the owner and up to three contributors. Stored originals, versions, and previews count toward usage, including files in archived projects. Optional extra storage is $0.05 per extra GB per month, prorated for time stored. This measures space occupied over time, not the total amount uploaded or downloaded. Individual uploads are limited by the workspace's remaining storage.
What happens if I reach my storage limit?
Extra storage is off by default. At your limit, new uploads pause until you free space, upgrade, or explicitly enable extra storage. If enabled, you choose a maximum extra capacity. Existing client downloads remain available until their agreed deadline. Files are not deleted just because you reach the limit.
Can I switch extra storage off?
Yes. Switching it off stops new uploads above your plan allowance; it does not delete files or erase charges already accrued. Extra files continue accruing storage charges until they are removed under their delivery terms or usage falls within your allowance. You can view estimated charges before making changes. Paid overages are not active yet.
How does annual billing work?
The proposed annual plans charge $190 for Solo or $490 for Pro upfront for a full year. That saves $38 or $98 compared with 12 monthly payments. The displayed monthly equivalents are rounded; the annual totals are the actual subscription charges, before applicable taxes. Storage and features stay the same, and annual billing does not discount transaction or processing fees. Both plans include one workspace owner; client reviewers are not internal team seats.
